If you are considering marriage coaching, we're sure you have lots of questions. We have tried to anticipate as many of them as we can so please read on. If you do not find an answer to your particular question, please drop us an email and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.

What are your fees?

We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on your household income designed to make marriage coaching affordable for everyone. For specific fees based on your situation please give us a call or shoot us an email and we will be happy to work something out.

Do accept insurance?

Sorry, no. We are certified life coaches but not licensed counselors, therefore, we are unable to bill insurance. However, as noted above, we offer a sliding scale so now one is refused services.

What is your training?

Both Craig and Janet received training as Advanced Life Coaches, through Light University Online. Craig has also received an Advanced Certificate in Marriage and Family through Light University and has been in pastoral ministry for over 35 years. Janet earned her B.A. in Counseling for Christian Ministry from Nazarene Bible College, Colorado Springs, CO.

What is the difference between Coaching and Counseling?

Counseling usually is focused on a wounded past, addressing issues such as marital infidelity or a history of sexual abuse. Counseling is further focused on thoughts, feelings and behavior -- how do you feel? Why do you feel this way?

Coaching follows more of a positive psychology approach and equips the client with tools and information needed to change. It gives power to the client for taking charge of their life and offers practical skill development and training.
